Tangshan Port Hede Shipping Co., Ltd. is a state-owned shipping enterprise wholly owned by Tanggang Group under Hebei Port Group, with a registered capital of RMB 610 million. It is primarily engaged in the operation of domestic and foreign trade container shipping routes, including international and domestic waterway transportation, freight forwarding, shipping agency, and non-vessel operating common carrier (NVOCC), among other businesses. It collaborates with its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hede (Hong Kong) International Shipping Co., Ltd., to operate container liner routes for both domestic and foreign trade.
With 56 container vessels for both domestic and foreign trade as of June 2026, the company ranks 26th in terms of global liner company capacity with a total container capacity of 80,488 TEUs.
Our company's foreign trade container shipping routes extend to more than 10 countries and 20 ports. We have established routes to Busan, Pyeongtaek, and Incheon ports in South Korea, and to the base ports in the Kanto, Kansai, and Kyushu regions of Japan, relying on Hebei Port. Additionally, we have launched routes from Guangzhou Nansha Port to Southeast Asian destinations, including Ho Chi Minh City and Haiphong in Vietnam, Bangkok and Laem Chabang in Thailand, and routes from Shanghai Port and Ningbo Port to Singapore, Malaysia (Port Klang), as well as ports in India (Nhava Sheva & Mundra), Pakistan (Karachi), Sri Lanka (Colombo), and the United Arab Emirates (Jebel Ali). Furthermore, we have successively opened fast-track services from East China (Shanghai Port), North China (Huanghua Port), and South China (Guangzhou Nansha Port) to Los Angeles Port on the U.S. West Coast.
Domestic trade container shipping routes are based on Hebei Ports, centering around Jingtang Port and Huanghua Port, and provide direct shipping services to Guangzhou Nansha Port, Zhangzhou Port, Xiamen Port, Quanzhou Port, Fuzhou Port, Wenzhou Port, Shanghai Port, Ningbo Port, Zhapu Port, Nanjing Port, Taicang Port, and Jiangyin Port. A well-established point-to-point domestic feeder route network has been set up within Bohai Bay. Point-to-point domestic feeder services have been launched from Jingtang Port and Huanghua Port to ports such as Panjin, Jinzhou, Qinhuangdao, Tianjin, Caofeidian, Weifang, and Longkou. High-frequency feeder schedules are maintained to meet the export demands of both domestic and foreign trade at the ports. All the above domestic trade shipping routes have the qualifications and functions for operating both domestic and foreign trade cargo on the same vessel.
